I've seen all phases of the market, the ups and downs having been doing this for over 20 years and there isn't much that will surprise me. In a primarily second home market with many waterfront or waterview homes, I'm accustomed to working over an extended period of time with buyers. Most people don't have hard deadlines for purchasing a second home.
